Michael R. Kumar

Michael’s practice covers a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, with a concentration in commercial leasing, real estate financings and acquisitions and sales of real property. He advises owners, developers, investors, lenders and tenants, including luxury retailers, in connection with real estate transactions in New York City and throughout the United States. He recently assisted in representing Pop Mart, a Chinese pop culture, toy, and entertainment company, in connection with leases for its first New York City locations, including a SoHo storefront and its U.S. flagship store in Times Square.
