• Ulta Beauty, a specialty beauty retailer in connection with its flagship retail location and billboard in Times Square, New York City.
• Aurora Capital, a boutique real estate investment and development company, in connection with an office lease for the world headquarters for Match Group, Inc, the owner and operator of the world's largest portfolio of online dating services and apps.
• Gindi Capital, a full-service real estate company, including in connection with the leasing of over 400,000 square feet of retail and entertainment uses in a ground up development on Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas, NV, including Netflix House, Puma, adidas, the largest In-N-Out Burger in the US, lululemon, H&M, Miniso, and billboard leasing with New Tradition to name a few, as well as other retail leasing for the client’s other large first class retail assets also on Las Vegas Boulevard and retail and office leasing for its assets in the Tri-State Area.
• CBRE in connection with a 64,000 square foot office lease at Lever House to establish its global financial headquarters in New York, as well as other office leasing matters in New York City.
• Clear Channel Outdoor in connection with its headquarters office least at 200 Park Avenue as well as billboard leasing in and around New York City including Times Square.
• Crown Acquisitions, a major owner and developer of retail and office properties, in connection with retail leases including Skims at Olympic Tower.
• Morgan Stanley in connection with all of its of retail leases with national, regional, and local tenants by its affiliate in connection with the Rosedale Center in Rosedale, Minnesota.
• Kering Group, an international luxury group based in France, for brand, Balenciaga, in connection with the lease for its flagship; retail location in Chicago as well as various AIA contracts for buildout of space under leases for Kering’s various brands across the country.
• Spring Mountain Capital, a private investment management firm, as well as other various investment services firms (i.e., private equity, assent management, capital markets, broker/dealers) in connection with their respective headquarters office leases in New York City.
• Richemont Brands, a Swiss luxury goods group, and their various brands in connection with retail and office leases throughout the U.S.
• Pop Mart, a Chinese pop culture, toy, and entertainment company, in connection with leases for its first New York City locations, including a SoHo storefront and a U.S. flagship store in Times Square.
• Los Tacos No. 1, a popular taqueria, in connection with ten of its locations in New York City, including at Chelsea Market , Times Square, Park Avenue South and  Hudson Yards.
• Represent H.I.G. Realty Partners in connection with financings, refinancings, acquisitions and diligence for assets located across the country.
• Represent Cirrus Real Estate Partners in connection with the acquisitions of distressed debt across the country.
• Represent Broadshore Capital Partners, a Los Angeles based investment advisor, in connection with the acquisition renegotiation and resolution of distressed debt across the country.
• Represent Muss Development in connection with office and retail leasing, as well as financing and refinancing for assets in New York City.
