Pryor Cashman represented Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and worldwide distributor of dental, medical and veterinary healthcare products, in its successful acquisition of certain assets of Discus Dental Software, a developer of dental practice management software, in a transaction which closed on May 11, 2007.
