Pryor Cashman represented Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and worldwide distributor of dental, medical and veterinary healthcare products, in its successful acquisition of certain assets of Ocean Medical Supply, Inc., a marketer and distributor of medical and laboratory equipment and supplies to physicians. The transaction closed on November 3, 2008.
