Arcadia Resources, Inc. (NYSE Amex: KAD), a leading provider of innovative consumer health care services under the Arcadia HealthCare brand, announced on November 4, 2010 that it has completed the sale of  shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering with gross proceeds of $5 million. 

The securities were offered through Wilmington Capital Securities, LLC, as placement agent, by Intrinsic Advisory Group, Inc. (“Wilmington”) and HFP Capital Markets, LLC, as sub-placement agent (“HFP”).
