Pryor Cashman represented client Turbon AG in its acquisition of International Laser Group, Inc., a California-based company that produces and distributes premium laser toner cartridges and imaging supplies.

Turbon AG, based in Hattingen, Germany, is the world’s largest publicly-owned remanufacturer and collector of laser toner cartridges.
