Baldor Specialty Foods, a high-end produce and specialty foods logistics and distribution company, announced the recent closing of its $54.25 million sale of a 140,000 square foot warehouse in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx to Innovo Property Group.

According to GlobeSt.com, the cold-storage property features 32 loading docks, six drive-in bays, up to 22’ ceilings and a 90,000-square-foot truck court and parking lot.

Partners Wayne Heicklen, Rich Frazer and Ari Tran assisted longtime client Baldor Specialty Foods in the sale.
