Pryor Cashman Litigation Partner Michael Goldberg was interviewed by The New York Post for its April 2, 2010 article “Tiffany Tagged With eBay Court Loss.”

The article discusses the decision of the federal appeals court upholding a lower court’s ruling that eBay wasn't liable for fake Tiffany trinkets being sold on its auction site. Goldberg told The New York Post that the decision could result in Tiffany shouldering more of the burden to catch fraudsters.
