Partner Todd Soloway, chair of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Litigation Group, was interviewed by the Miami Herald for the June 13, 2013 article “Eden Roc No Longer a Renaissance as of Next Month.”

The article discusses the most recent development in the battle to remove Marriott as manager of the famous Eden Roc Hotel for what the owners describe as a "failure to maximize profits."

According to Marriott International, its Renaissance Hotels division will stop managing the Eden Roc as of July 11, 2013. Soloway, who represents Eden Roc, told the Miami Herald that Destination Hotels & Resorts will take over as manager and the “vast majority” of employees will be asked to stay.
