Pryor Cashman Advises Milk Makeup On New Soho Lease

Pryor Cashman client Milk Makeup has entered into a 10-year lease for 17,586 square feet of space at 568 Broadway, effectively moving its headquarters from the Meatpacking district to Soho.

Milk Makeup, a branch of Milk Studios, joins tenants ZocDoc, Equinox and Group Nine Media, in its new Prince Street location. The 12-story corner building, also known as the Prince Building, is owned by Aurora Capital Associates, Allied Partners, and A&H Acquisitions. 

Partners Dennis Sughrue and Benjamin Teig, members of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, represented Milk Makeup in the transaction.

News of the deal was reported in the Commercial Observer.
