Pryor Cashman represented Atlas Hospitality in connection with the development of the new voco Times Square-Broadway in New York City. The 32-story hotel is the largest voco-branded hotel in the Americas and features 419 guest rooms, a new Carnegie Diner restaurant, a rooftop lounge, and state-of-the-art digital signage extending the full height of the building.

Developed under the IHG Hotels & Resorts voco brand, the hotel’s design is inspired by New York’s Prohibition-era speakeasies, blending rich textures, modern finishes, and a Jazz Age–inspired lobby experience.

Pryor Cashman Partners Dennis Sughrue, Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, and Daniel Devine, also a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group, worked on the project for nearly a decade, including negotiating the ground lease, retail delivery obligations, and signage revenue allocation provisions tied to the property’s Times Square location.

The grand opening of the hotel on May 6, 2026, marked the completion of the project.
