In 2007, Pryor Cashman represented Kushner Cos. in its purchase of 666 Fifth Ave., which, at $1.8 billion, was the highest price ever paid for a single office building in the U.S. The February 18-24, 2008 edition of Crain’s New York Business reports that the sale was the largest New York City commercial property sale, ranked by price, in 2007.
