Pryor Cashman client the American Arbitration Association is relocating its executive offices from the Paramount Group’s 1633 Broadway to 79,688 square feet in three separate deals at 120 Broadway in Lower Manhattan.

Partner Bradley Kaufman, with associate Benjamin Teig, both members of the firm’s Real Estate Group, represented the American Arbitration Association in the transaction.
