Pryor Cashman client Baldor Boston, LLC, a high-end produce and specialty foods logistics and distribution company, executed a build-to-suit lease totaling 100,000 square feet of warehouse space at 130 Eastern Avenue in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

The landlord, National Development, entered into a joint venture with, and leased the building in its entirety to, Baldor.

Baldor was successfully represented by Pryor Cashman’s nationally-recognized Real Estate and Restaurant, Food + Beverage Groups. Partners Wayne Heicklen, co-chair of the Real Estate Group, and Benjamin Teig negotiated the lease, while Heicklen, along with Corporate partner and Restaurant, Food + Beverage co-chair, Richard Frazer, worked on the joint venture. Larry Remmel, chair of Pryor Cashman’s Banking + Finance Group, advised Baldor on its related financing.
