As reported by Women's Wear Daily on April 1, 2008, J.C. Penney Co. Inc. is launching an exclusive junior sportswear collection designed by Kimora Lee Simmons. The line, called Fabulosity, is to hit stores in July for back-to-school. Penney’s is partners with Kellwood Co. in the Fabulosity collection.
