Pryor Cashman represented 200 Haven LLC, an entity owned (together with other investors) by Rudd Realty, in the recent sale of a 95-unit residential rental apartment building located at 200 Haven Avenue in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. 200 Haven Owner, LLC purchased the property for $41 million.

Constructed in 1941, the building boasts open views of the Hudson River and the historic George Washington Bridge, and features an attached parking garage. Rudd Realty also managed the property.

Led by Senior Partner Ronald B. Kremnitzer, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, and Associate Ari Tran, the transaction closed on July 27, 2017.
