Pryor Cashman represented Ken Sturm in securing a lease for 16,500 square feet of retail space in the former New York Times building on West 44^th Street in Times Square. The space was previously occupied by Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen & Bar. Sturm plans to use the space for the operation of The Ribbon - an Upper West Side restaurant staple featuring American cuisine with French and Italian influences.

Wayne Heicklen, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, Partner Andrea Gendel and Associate John Rothman represented The Ribbon in securing the lease, which closed on March 7, 2018. Richard Frazer, Co-Chair of the firm's Restaurant, Food + Beverage Practice, assisted on the corporate side.
