Pryor Cashman Represents The Ribbon Restaurant in Securing Times Square Lease

Pryor Cashman represented Ken Sturm in securing a lease for 16,500 square feet of retail space in the former New York Times building on West 44th Street in Times Square. The space was previously occupied by Guy Fieri’s American Kitchen & Bar. Sturm plans to use the space for the operation of The Ribbon - an Upper West Side restaurant staple featuring American cuisine with French and Italian influences.

Wayne Heicklen, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group, Partner Andrea Gendel and Associate John Rothman represented The Ribbon in securing the lease, which closed on March 7, 2018. Richard Frazer, Co-Chair of the firm's Restaurant, Food + Beverage Practice, assisted on the corporate side.
