Pryor Cashman represented Titan Capital ID, LLC in connection with a $36 million underlying cooperative mortgage loan to Acropolis Gardens Realty Corp. Titan is a direct private mortgage lender specializing in the origination of short-term commercial real estate loans and bridge financing.

The loan was made to refinance the existing underlying mortgage of the cooperative corporation located in Astoria, New York, which is comprised of 617 cooperative apartments.

Representing Titan on the transaction, which closed on December 23, 2016, were Partner Joseph Brasile and Associate Ari Tran, both members of Pryor Cashman’s nationally-recognized Real Estate Group.
