Pryor Cashman Represents UMB Bank, N.A. in McDermott International Bankruptcy

Pryor Cashman has been retained as counsel to UMB Bank, N.A., as indenture trustee to $1.3 billion in senior notes issued by affiliates of McDermott International, Inc. (“MDR”), in the MDR bankruptcy case.  MDR, a multinational engineering, procurement, construction and installation company, and certain of its affiliates, filed for bankruptcy on January 21, 2020 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
