Pryor Cashman represented Whole Hog Inc. and Blind Pig co-founders Jerry Del Giudice and Edward Chmelewski in the sale of the master recording catalog of indie blues label Blind Pig Records to The Orchard. The catalog includes albums by legendary bluesman such as Muddy Waters, Magic Slim, Popa Chubby, Charlie Musselwhite, Bill Perry, James Cotton and Otis Clay.

Representing Whole Hog Inc., Jerry Del Giudice, and Edward Chmelewski on the transaction were Partner Howard Siegel, a member of the Pryor Cashman’s Media & Entertainment Group, Corporate Partner and blues enthusiast Richard Frazer, and Corporate Associate Preethy Kolachalam.
