Pryor Cashman was a sponsor of Deal Flow Media’s Conference entitled “The Outlook For Chinese Companies”, which was held Beijing on May 9 and 10, 2012.

The conference was geared toward Chinese business owners and entrepreneurs and provided a variety of panel discussions on subjects such as going public, going private, the availability of capital, dual listings and defending against shareholder actions, among other topics.

Partner Elizabeth Chen, a member of Pryor Cashman’s China Practice Group, moderated a panel discussion on the benefits and risks of taking Chinese public companies private.
