Three Pryor Cashman-Led Leasing Deals Nominated for REBNY’s Retail Deal of the Year

Pryor Cashman is pleased to announce that three commercial leasing transactions handled by the firm have been nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Retail Deal of the Year Award.

The deals being considered include:

  • A lease negotiated on behalf of 46-50 Gansevoort Street, LLC and William Gottlieb Real Estate for a new 10,000-square-foot Hermès store opening at 46-48 Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District. The store is expected to open in Spring 2019.
  • A lease negotiated on behalf of Aurora Capital Partners and William Gottlieb Real Estate in which Hyundai Motors America will open a 40,000-square-foot experiential Genesis dealership and marketing center in the Solar Carve building at 40 10th Ave. The space is expected to open in mid-2019.
  • A lease secured on behalf of London-based Aqua Restaurant Group for its first North American restaurant Hutong. Located at 761 Lexington Avenue (in the old Le Cirque space), Hutong will serve Northern Chinese cuisine.

The winning deals will be announced on June 12, 2018 at the annual Retail Deal of the Year cocktail party at Club 101 in Manhattan.
