Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)

Art Law Group co-chair Megan Noh will participate in the Appraisers Association of America, Inc. 2021 Art Law Day Virtual Conference. Noh will join the first panel of the conference titled, "How Much is That Token Worth?: Examining the Legal, Appraisal and Insurance Questions Around NFTs."

This panel will address the cutting-edge issues that drive value in the accelerating market for NFTs. Our expert panel will focus on contract terms, appraisal methodology, insurance, and the intellectual property issues underlying "smart contracts," providing insight into the question:  What do we as lawyers, advisors, appraisers, and collectors need to know to value NFTs?
