IP and Non-Fungibility: The Intersection of Intellectual Property and NFTs
Art Law co-chair Megan Noh will participate in the NFT.NYC 2021 panel titled "IP and Non-Fungibility: The Intersection of Intellectual Property and NFTs." Noh will discuss issues related to copyright infringement, Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedowns, and fair use. Additional panelists will include:
