Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)

Pryor Cashman Partner Megan Noh, co-chair of the Art Law Group, is participating in “Non-Fungible Token Study: Copyright and NFTs,” an online event presented by the U.S. Copyright Office.

Megan will be a panelist for “NFT Technological Processes,” discussing “copyright considerations in the technological processes and support landscape associated with NFTs. Topics of discussion may include the minting process, smart contracts, marketplaces, wallets, and associated storage technologies.”
