Patricia G. Hambrecht is a member of Pryor Cashman's Art Law Group. 

Patty is an art and luxury goods transactional attorney with unparalleled market and deal-making experience. She is the former General Counsel and former President of Christie’s North and South America; the former Deputy Chairperson, Chief Business Development Officer, and General Counsel of Phillips Auctioneers LLC; the former President of Harry Winston, Inc.; and the founder of Jaspar LLC (an exclusive jewelry advisory service). Prior to that, Patty had extensive law firm experience as a litigator and corporate lawyer and her practice focused on merger and acquisition transactions. Patty brings a tremendous depth of knowledge and negotiating skill, and she provides both legal creativity and practical grounding to ‘get the deal done.’
