How The Affordable Care Act Will Affect Restaurants And Vending Machine Operators

The Affordable Care Act includes nutrition and menu labeling requirements for restaurants and other establishments and food vending machine operators that will begin to take effect December 1, 2015. According to these regulations, covered restaurants, establishments and food vendors are required to provide nutritional information to customers. Non-compliant establishments could be subject to penalties. Partner Richard S.
