Rachel Kaplowitz is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group, where her practice focuses on intellectual property and other civil litigations in state and federal courts.
Rachel has experience in music licensing rate-setting proceedings before the Copyright Royalty Board, copyright infringement matters, and state and federal false advertising claims. She also has experience in various appellate matters, including those before the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal circuit courts.
During law school, Rachel was an intern for the Hon. Eduardo C. Robreno in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Pryor Cashman, she was an associate at another major New York law firm.
