Partner Bradley Kaufman, a member of Pryor Cashman’s Real Estate Group and head of its Leasing practice, was one of the speakers at the AICPA National Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 10-12, 2010.

Kaufman was part of a panel on November 10, 2010 dealing with Due Diligence. The panel explored approaches to transaction due diligence from accounting, legal and financial advisory standpoints. It also addressed how due diligence is performed and how deals are analyzed in today’s dynamic marketplace. Property level, M&A and top-down approaches to due diligence were also discussed.
