Target, the multi-billion dollar national retailer, is headed to the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan after securing a new leasing agreement with 600 Broadway, the six-story building on the eastern side of Broadway south of Houston. Partner Andrea Gendel represented the property owner in the agreement to lease over 27,000 square feet of space to the big-box retailer. According to The Real Deal, "this marks the 11th building that Target has taken over in the past 14 months. It will soon open locations in Chelsea, Yonkers, Times Square, and Washington Heights."

Partner Andrea Gendel, a member of Pryor Cashman's Real Estate Group, represents commercial property owners, landlords, tenants, developers, and managers. She handles real estate transactions across the country, with particular experience in the complex New York City market.

Much of Andrea’s practice is concentrated in the commercial leasing arena. She advises on all aspects of transactions involving office, retail, industrial and ground leases of Class A properties.
