Pryor Cashman Client Bonhams & Butterfield Signs Lease for New NYC Auction House

Pryor Cashman represented Bonhams & Butterfield, a London-based auction house, in a leasing transaction for its new location at 111 W. 57th St.
It will take over the landmark former “Golden Age” Steinway Piano showroom and an adjacent atrium, creating a combined space of up to 41,000 square feet.
Bonhams & Butterfield was represented by Andrea R. Gendel, co-chair of Pryor Cashman’s Leasing Practice.
