Dave Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Festival
Pryor Cashman Partner Richard Frazer, co-chair of the Restaurant, Food + Beverage Group, is joining several of the firm’s pizzeria clients at Dave Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Festival.
Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, who travels around the country ranking pizzerias, is hosting 35 of his top-ranked pizzerias, including Pryor Cashman clients Di Fara Pizza, Baby Lucs and Lucali, which will provide samples of their iconic pies. The firm also represents Williamsburg Pizza, Beebe’s, Two Boots Pizza, and recently opened Funzi’s Pizzeria, all of which have garnered excellent reviews from Portnoy.
If you’ve ever watched one of Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Review videos, you have heard his slogan, “One Bite. Everyone Knows the Rules.” Rich disagrees, and helps his clients looking to establish successful pizzerias navigate the legal rules involving corporate formation, finance, real estate, employment, and intellectual property. Rich is extensively quoted as one of the pizza experts in the book Where to Eat Pizza: The Last Word on the Slice by Daniel Young (Phaidon) and will be available to meet at the One Bite Pizza Festival between bites of slices.
