Pryor Cashman client Alfredo Prodotti LLC, a joint venture between Alfredo’s International, Inc., owner of Alfredo 100 in New York City, and Vega Specialty Foods, LLC, owner of Jersey Italian Gravy, have launched The Only Original Alfredo Sauce pursuant to a license with the owners of Alfredo alla Scrofa Ristorante. Scrofa, located in Rome, created the inimitable fettuccine Alfredo in 1914.

The New York Times called The Only Original Alfredo “an alfredo sauce straight from the source.”

Partner Richard Frazer, Chair of Pryor Cashman’s Restaurant, Food + Beverage Group and Associate Michelle Pham worked on the joint venture.
