Weld North LLC, an investment company founded by former Kaplan, Inc. CEO Jonathan Grayer in partnership with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), has acquired a significant minority stake in Organic Avenue.

Organic Avenue is a trend-setter in the vibrant organic juice and raw food marketplace. 

Pryor Cashman represented Organic Avenue as well as its founder, Denise Mari, CEO Doug Evans and COO Arthur Pergament. The Pryor Cashman team consisted of Partners Rich Frazer (chair of the firm’s Restaurant, Food and Beverage Practice), Eric Woldenberg and Ken Schulman.
