Pryor Cashman Represents Selling Stockholders in IPG Photonics IPO

Pryor Cashman represented the selling stockholders in the initial public offering of IPG Photonics Corp., a manufacturer of fiber lasers and amplifiers, that was announced on December 13, 2006. The lead underwriters were Merrill Lynch & Co. and Lehman Brothers.
IPG sold approximately 6.2 million shares and certain existing stockholders, including the CEO and other members of management, sold approximately 2.8 million shares plus an additional 1.35 million shares pursuant to the underwriters' over-allotment option.
The Pryor Cashman team that represented the IPG selling stockholders was led by corporate partner Richard Frazer.
