Pryor Cashman Partner Simon Pulman, co-chair of the Media + Entertainment and Filmed Entertainment Groups and co-chair of the M+E Transactions and Financing Practice, is participating in a CLE panel discussion, “Esports and Copyright: The Power of Rightsholders,” hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA).

Simon will join in a discussion of the monopoly that copyright grants rightsholders on the respective esports scenes of their games, how this monopoly is unusual compared to traditional media, and other related topics.
