On June 5, 2017, Hotel + Hospitality Chair Todd Soloway will moderate a panel at the 39th annual NYU International Hospitality Conference in New York City.
Soloway's panel, "Management/Franchise Agreement Issues: A Myriad of Legal Quagmires," will take place from 4:00 - 5:00PM (EST) at the New York Marriott Marquis, and will feature numerous hospitality experts who will explore some of the most relevant topics affecting the industry, including Airbnb, agency agreements, restrictive covenants / areas of protection, and data breaches, among others.
