18th Annual AILA New York Chapter Immigration Law Symposium

Partner Avram Morell, a member of Pryor Cashman's Immigration Group, will be serving as faculty on the panel, "Sleep Like a Baby from PERM Through I-140" at the 18th Annual AILA New York Chapter Immigration Law Symposium to be held on December 1, 2015 at the New York Marriott Marquis, commencing at 8:00 a.m.

The panel will address the intertwining DOL and USCIS regulations and issues impacting PERMs and I-140s to take you from PERM certification to I-140 approval. It will also discuss the pre-filing strategy considerations that are necessary before you submit to DOL in order to help ensure I-140 success. Some topics to be discussed include:
