On November 15, 2017, Immigration Partner Avram Morell will moderate a panel at the NJICLE's Advanced Corporate Immigration Law Conference, to be held at the Best Western Robert Treat Hotel in Newark, New Jersey.
Morell's panel, "Ethical Issues in H-1B Scenarios," will examine complex immigration situations involving:
- Worker movement - matter of Simeio solutions
- Establishing employer/employee relationships and right to control
- Third party letters - caution against establishing co-employment
