Brittany Pagnotta is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Litigation Group, where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, banking litigation, regulatory matters, and white-collar defense.

Brittany has wide-ranging experience representing financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in state and federal trial courts. She has also worked on regulatory matters for pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and pharmacies.

Previously, she was a litigation associate at another major New York law firm, and served as a legal intern for Criminal Defense & Advocacy in Brooklyn, NY, and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Ramon Reyes, Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
