Pryor Cashman LLP represented China Green Agriculture, Inc., a company listed on the NYSE Amex stock exchange, in a $20 million registered direct offering of 1,282,052 shares of its common stock that closed on November 25, 2009.
China Green Agriculture, Inc. is a maker of humic acid based compound fertilizer and other agricultural products, including fruits, vegetables, flowers and colored seedlings, in the People’s Republic of China.
The Pryor Cashman team included Partners Elizabeth Chen and Edward Normandin of the firm's Corporate and China Practice Groups. Rodman & Renshaw, LLC acted as the sole placement agent in the offering.
