Partner Edward Normandin is a member of Pryor Cashman’s Corporate and International Groups, as well as its Emerging + Start-Up Companies Practice.

His clients include companies engaged in a wide array of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, energy and cleantech, manufacturing, information technology, and healthcare. Ed often serves as outside general counsel to clients, advising on a variety of matters ranging from corporate organization and governance to regulatory compliance.

Experienced in complex domestic and international transactions, Ed helps advance the interests of international corporations with U.S. operations. For international businesses that seek capital from the U.S. markets, Ed advises on initial public offerings (IPOs), reverse mergers, securities, financing, and compliance issues.
