Eric Wisotsky (wis-OT-skee) is a Partner in Pryor Cashman’s Corporate Group, where he counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, reorganizations, SEC and regulatory filings, and other general corporate matters.

- Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited, the first UK-listed investment company offering investors a pure-play exposure to songs and associated intellectual property rights, in its proposed sale of 29 songwriter catalogs to a Blackstone-backed investment fund for $440 million.
- GiGstreem, a leading provider of high-quality residential and commercial broadband networks nationwide, in its acquisitions of Warp2Biz, a Southern California-based internet service provider, and netBlazr, a Boston-based residential and commercial internet provider.
- Maxim Group and Roth Capital Partners as underwriter and placement agent in numerous securities offerings.
- Greenwave Technology Solutions, Inc., which through its wholly owned subsidiary Empire Services, Inc., is a leading operator of 13 metal recycling facilities in Virginia, North Carolina, and Ohio, in multiple securities offerings and general SEC compliance.
- Crown Electrokinetics Corp., a smart-glass technology company and the creator of the Smart Window Insert and an expert in both designing and installing distributed antenna systems (DAS) and constructing fiber optics networks, in multiple securities offerings and general SEC compliance.
- WHP Global, a brand management company, in connection with various transactions including:
- the acquisition of the Joseph Abboud trademarks from Tailored Brands (f/k/a, Men’s Warehouse).
- the acquisition of legacy women's fashion brand Anne Klein from Premier Brands Group.
