Pryor Cashman Client Zhongpin Inc. Rings the Bell at NASDAQ
On January 11, 2008, Pryor Cashman client Zhongpin Inc. (Zhongpin) rang the NASDAQ opening bell in celebration of Zhongpin's recent listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Pryor Cashman partner Eric Hellige, Chairman of the firm’s Corporate Group represented Zhongpin in the NASDAQ listing process and were on hand at NASDAQ to participate in the celebration. Zhongpin is a meat and food processing company in the People’s Republic of China (PRC) specializing in pork and pork products, fruits and vegetables.
