Pryor Cashman Represents DeWitt Stern in Sale to Risk Strategies Co.
Pryor Cashman represented DeWitt Stern, a 115-year-old insurance brokerage firm specializing in business, entertainment and media insurance, in connection with the sale of select assets to an affiliate of Risk Strategies Co. DeWitt Stern will become a division of Risk Strategies and will be referred to as “DeWitt Stern a Risk Strategies Company.” DeWitt Stern provides insurance coverage for feature films, TV commercial productions, Broadway shows and cultural institutions.
The Pryor Cashman team was composed of Corporate Partner Eric M. Hellige and Associates Robert C. Lamonica and Asher B.
