Pryor Cashman Represents iConnect in Series A Offering
Pryor Cashman represented iConnect Corp. (“iConnect”) in a $1.5 million Series A preferred stock offering which closed on September 23, 2016. As part of the offering, $880,000 in convertible promissory notes were also converted into Series A preferred stock.
iConnect has transformed the way people of different languages communicate with one another. Providing an on-demand network of interpreters accessible from any device, the company’s customers can complete multi-language communications remotely from anywhere in the word.
Representing iConnect in this offering was Pryor Cashman Partner Eric Hellige, Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Group.
