Pryor Cashman client InterCloud Systems completed its initial public offering of 1,250,000 shares of common stock as well as warrants to purchase 625,000 shares of common stock on November 5, 2013.

Simultaneously with the capital raise, InterCloud’s common stock was listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market.

Representing InterCloud Systems in the transactions were Partner Eric Hellige, Co-Chair of Pryor Cashman's Corporate Group, Corporate Partner Ali Panjwani and Associate Asher Bundlie.
