Partner Avram Morell, a member of Pryor Cashman's Immigration Group, will be a moderator of the panel, “Form Over Substance – A Roundtable on the Ever Changing USICS Forms – Drafting a Successful Petition the First Time” at the 14th Annual Advanced Corporate Immigration Conference to be held on November 11, 2015 in Newark, NJ, commencing at 9:00 a.m.

This year’s program will address concerns that attorneys face on a daily basis that relate to professional responsibilities, personal accountability and risk management when handling immigration matters. Morell's panel will address the constantly changing forms, not to mention the filing locations, and processes. This practical session will discuss not only problem forms but the use of narrative to provide a framework to make challenging concepts more readily understood to the reviewing officer.  The key to a successful petition is effectively communicating complex facts, the theory of the case, and legal eligibility.
