The last few years have brought about no shortage of delays and stubborn cases, causing a paradigm shift in the notion of what is considered “normal processing.”
On September 2, Immigration partner Avi Morell will lead an AILA panel discussion covering where delays are happening in many cases, what is causing them, and strategies to employ to move these cases along. The panel will focus on the current situations at national service centers, local USCIS field offices, the National Visa Center (NVC), and U.S. consulates, and advise on best practices for bringing about effective and efficient solutions for “unsticking” stuck cases.
