Pryor Cashman Partner William Charron, Co-Chair of the firm’s Art Law Group, was the featured speaker at an event hosted by the International Catalogue Raisonne Association (ICRA).

The ICRA “spotlight” event, moderated by ICRA Board member and Professor Lynn Rother, discussed the implications of the new Holocaust Expropriated Art Recovery (HEAR) Act on the field of provenance research and catalogue raisonne scholarship. Bill discussed the purposes and effects of the new HEAR Act in art restitution cases, and the importance of transparency in provenance research and catalogue raisonne evidence.
