Avi participated on the panel titled “Immigration Practice: Overview for Representing Nonimmigrant (Temporary) Visa Applicants and Select Issues for Institutional Representation.” The session provided practical guidance on representing nonimmigrant visa applicants and addressed key compliance and enforcement issues for employers and institutional clients, including strategies for selecting visa categories, navigating work visas, and responding to employer sanctions and I-9 audits.
